You may view and share this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or submit false, unlawful, or harmful information through any form.

Submitting the volunteer form or emailing us is an expression of interest. It does not create a volunteer position, a contract, an employment relationship, or any obligation on either side. Volunteer roles are confirmed only in writing after our screening process, and we may decline any enquiry at our discretion.

This site does not solicit or accept monetary donations and does not process payments. Any request for money claiming to come from The Birthday Smiles Project through this site is not authorized by us. Please report it to us immediately.

Program descriptions on this site describe what we plan to do, not services we currently provide. Photographs are illustrative and do not depict real beneficiaries or past events. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms at any time, and the date at the top of this page shows when we last did.
